I live in dadaville , Vereeniging and 7 weeks ago something went wrong cos all of a sudden i am getting intermittent signal and very slow internet speed. A technician was dispatched after 6 weeks of complaining. He told me that the tower that was providing dadaville with signal was moved n he can see we are affected badly. No solution was given n we have entered week 7 now and I can’t use my iPhone 12 or the data contracts I have as the internet speed is so slow. Calls drop . Or don’t go through. Or people can’t hear me at times. My iPhone 12 contract was taken out on 24 December . I am paying for 5 contracts and not receiving the service I am paying for. How can you unilaterally move a tower n then it takes away signal from an entire group of people who had perfect signal all these years ? This is affecting many people in the dadaville area .
