Tower moved and still paying for 5 contracts - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Hi I am getting nowhere after 2 months .. I am paying for 5 contracts but I got a message last week that the tower was moved. How do I get my data contracts cancelled without any penalty and a reduction in rate for iPhone 12? This iPhone was upgraded 24 December 2020 n then mid January 2021 tower was moved without my knowledge .how do I pay for something when vodacom moved a tower ?
