EXTENSION OF CONTRACT WITHOUT CONSENT - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My 2 year contract with Vodacom expired on 08 February 2021. They called requesting extension of the contract or lowering of it to a lower contract. I declined it on the grounds that I have a second work mobile with unlimited air time and data. To my shock I discovered today that VODACOM have put me into a second contract and will debit R560.13 monthly.

I regarded this as a corporate greed and bullying of customers by forcing people into a second contract after the initial contract has expired. This is unacceptable, immoral and illegal. Justice has to done in order to atone this diabolic action.
