Awaiting technician for 1 week - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Regrettably agreed to internet contract with vodacom. Got connected 2 weeks ago but have not been able to connect to wifi on TVs or desktop. Spent hours and called almost everyday and was told a technician will be arriving 1 week ago but ofcourse no one came. Called about it almost every day and the usual "will escalate" , "follow up on ticket"and "will call with update " but ofcourse no outcome and still no one has come to fix this.
Roping people into a 1 year contract and not providing the service is the definition of a scam.
I will pursue cancellation and legal action if necessary if not resolved within the week.
