Fishaways Melrose non existent service - Consumer Complaint for Fishaways Key Largo branch

DFD49057557. I ordered 2 x medium hake,chips & rice. Instead of medium hake was given 2 small hake. When I called to complain & get this rectified, spoke to Sally, she could be bothered. Told her the last time a mistake was made by their store, the manager at the time swiftly assisted me without any issues. All she could tell me is that the Size of the fish is not always the same, even a medium fish can be small???? Really? How does this make sense? So why not bill me for small fish if you can't find medium fish? Must I go fish for the medium fish and bring it to the shop? Disgusting!!!!
