My laptop was taken for repairs and no one knows where it is. - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought an HD laptop early this year, couple of months later it's stopped working had to take it back for repairs. Months later I received an old laptop from the shop got home and only to find out that it's not mine it's an old laptop that left with three months warranty. I've been to the shop but it seems like no one knows anything and no one care.
