We purchased a chicken bucket of 6 spicy and a 1pc regular chicken among other items in your Aurora branch, near chinese general hospital a while ago.
to our surprised, the chicken was so dry , dark and seems like some pieces was fried twice.
my families lovely dinner turned into a disaster because of your supposed to be good fried chicken.
We have been a loyal consumer of your brand even if on some occasion, service is really bad, whick we can let bypass. But i think, this is something we can not just easily let go, given that the money spent was hard earned money, specially now a days.
i have pictures, some which i will attached and i am seriously hoping that you would get in touch and do explain things to us. we do not want this to go further than me reaching out to you, and hoping that i do not need to post this into social media platforms or even file a case in the DTI. for i myself do work in a restaurant.
