Faulty product and than wrong product - Consumer Complaint for MAKRO - Head Office

We orderd 2 volcano kids smart tablets online. 1 workes perfect and other 1 was faulty. product we ordered was faulty, we asked for it to be replaced. 2nd time when it was suppose to be the replacement of the product they put the wrong product in the box. We ordered a volcano kids smart tablet as a christmas present and would like to get the right product before christmas. We aren't very happy about this.
