Theres a problem with your vodabucks - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Ok i had a goal that i needed to do that was expiring the 22nd of november that stated if u recharge or use vodpay to put 150 airtime on that you will recieve 150 vodabucks now that week i recharged with R110 and R55 airtime then the sunday came the goal did not go of so i asked my dad to recharge my account with R150 airtime and yet again my goal did not go of but did expire that day. The monday i came into the vodashop they logged a complaint to get the issue resolved the teusday i loaded R55 Airtime still did not recieve any vodabucks so i phoned customer care logged a complaint again so she logged it in wrong. I had to phone again and they logged it in the 3rd time now on the 29th still no feedback i phone then they say theres a problem with the vodabucks.

I did not recieve an sms stating that there was a problem but u got our attension to buy airtime the hole time for the puzzel pieces now i have to start over with the samsang phone because vodacom didnt give my vodabucks and i shorted 1 puzzel piece tommorow on the 30th november the car and cash prices expire yet they didnt resolve my issue yet so now again im losing out im sorting 1 puzzel piece for the car tommorow it expires.

So that leaves me in the situation that this is false advertising because if theres a problem with your vodabucks department how can you let the puzzels expire and not let anyone know about the problem.

You making money off people but theres a problem and you dont let any off your customers know so now i have spent alot of money and not gotten anything back i feel like canceling my contract by you guys and going to a diffrent provider because clearly you guys are false advertising and consumer rights act if the problem lies by you, you can not let the things expire. So plz get back to me regarding this situation because this is not right and your customer care cant answer my questions i will take this further because this is false advertising. As soon as you need 1 puzzel all of a sudden theres a problem unacceptable.
