16years Planholder - Consumer Complaint for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office

Hi, good day!

My grandmother's plan was already fully paid last 2009. And she has been a planholder since 2004.

Now that she is in her 73 years of age, and needs medication. Can we request for a refund or an exchange to her plan? Since it has been 16 years.
