I have insurance with vodacom, my phone fell and stopped working, now I’m told they can’t fix it but I have been a loyal customer with vodacom for so many years.
I called 0821952 and spoke to Barbara Kutemela who is the most rude person I spoke to and unhelpful , she works against me rather then with me like I’m her competition or something rather then treating me like a loyal paying customer.
I realised that I’m paying insurance for nothing and decided to cancel it as you can’t fix my phone, she refuses to give me anything to prove my insurance is cancelled , im sure there’s some sort of evidence you can provide upon the request of a customer I mean it’s my finances that’s affected and I want confirmation that it’s cancelled which she blatantly refused , I asked to speak to a supervisor and phone was dropped in my ear , I always maintain that vodacom has the best network in the country but worst customer service.
Can I please be given a proper explanation as to why my phone can’t be fixed as well as prove of cancellation of my insurance , I’m sure I am entitled to that
