Statement and poor service - Consumer Complaint for MAKRO - Head Office

MAKRO - Head OfficeIam have a makro account o lost my card January they couldn't provide me with one, now iam struggling to pay my account and also I don't get my statement and iam complaining about your poor service, I made payment January of 2000 and also 1000 February but no updates on that and it negatively reflects on my score. Iam disappointed and I wish I never had a makro card and I will never encourage anyone to have it. Provide me with my statements so that I can close it. Oh never mind giving new card I want nothing from you
