Double charge of Delivery fee - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

I place an order online 24th of March at Puregold Malolos order #000217592-1, however when the items was delivered they ask my father to pay cash for the delivery fee of 175 php which I know that it was already paid online through my debit card included with my order. Kindly double check and please let me know Herewith attached copy of receipt for your reference.
