I would like to request a refund for my initial payment, it is for the reason that your installers are just promising us to install on the scheduled time as agreed upon but were not present on the day. I had to be absent and wait for a whole day to your installers but sadly, they don't mind the hassle we subscribers had to undergo just to have an internet connection, they will just give us that lame excuse that their vehicle had trouble and as then voila ,as if nothing really matters. Nevertheless, I had coordinated with our Homeowners association in our subdivision and was planning to write a complaint to our developer regarding this matter. The monopoly of your internet has been troublesome for the home owners in our area and has been an excuse to some of your installers to do unacceptable deeds, they're your company reflection and if for some reason that you cannot monitor what they've been doing, then it will be your fault if you lose more subscribers at the end of day. Your action is highly appreciated.
