it has been 1 month and 2 weeks since Fibre wires severely damaged. No sign of converge linemen at all. WHEN DO YOU PLAN TO FIX THE GODDAMN WIRES?? I’ve been more than patient but this is too much. And worse case is that Converge is charging us the monthly bill even if no usage at all. Fcking gross.
