Poor communication and Delivery Issues - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a bed at Bradlows in Midrand and the base broke. I went to the shop to report it they lodged a complaint with the supplier who promised to come and change the bed base within 7 working days. I have been calling and I have been told that Bradlows has approved for the exchange of the bed and someone will contact me regarding the delivery of the new bed. The first complaint was lodged in April 2019 and the second complaint was lodged in January 2020 with reference number MO-SLEEP – 20200108-3428 and I have not yet received the new bed from Bradlows.

I was later told to pay a replacement fee of R950 and I did pay and send the proof of payment to both the supplier and Bradlows Midrand. It has been two months after making the payment and no one has called me to update me about the delivery of the bed.

Kindly assist regarding the matter above.
