Parcel not picked up - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I would like to formally file a complaint regarding one of your employee, I am a seller in shopee. Someone ordered (San Francisco 49ers by Starter)on 12/15/2020 13:08, I scheduled pick up on 12/16/2020, The rider went to pick up the parcel however he was not able to provide a waybill so I did not let him picked up the item, I told the rider to come back the next day to pick it up and make sure to bring the waybill. I was surprised upon checking the order status because it said
Order has been successfully picked up (JNT:781061748858)

even if the item is still with me. The rider never came back to pick up the parcel the next day that we agreed. And now today my buyer received an item (sponge) which is not the item he ordered. I still have the parcel in my possession. NO ONE PICKED UP THE ITEM FROM ME, HOW COME JNT DELIVERED A PACKAGE TO MY BUYER?! Please do quick action about this!
