Bradlows - Head OfficeThe complaint arises from realization that the quality of the purchased items was not of the highest quality as stated on the warranty and as explained by the sales person mentioned in your documents, be that as it may we lodged a complaint and requested that the items be replaced eight months before the expiry of the guaranteed warranty of the items which was still running, first photos were demanded which reflected the chipped and cracked leather fabric of the items, which was sent to the said branch manager who is said not to be under your employment anymore
