Poor Customer Relations - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

On the 13th of this month, we purchased an item worth R7500.00 ( Rustenburg Branch) and we where promised to get the item the following day. We didn't get the item and nothing was communicated with us. On the 19th we went to the branch to enquire, infact we went there to get a REFUND.

That's when the sales person (Phillip) sold us lies again, he said we should be patient because the item is on it's way, on the 21st we will get the item. So, he was against the idea of the refund. He said we can't get the refund instantly because cash was used for payment.

He said that they don't keep fiat money in the store, therefore they can't refund us. Head Office will refund us instead. He further said that we need to sumbit a bank statement wich shows a bank account number & a copy of i.d document. That's how we will get our cash back. After 21 DAYS! Nogal.

That's why we where convinced to wait 2 more days since to do the refund is a drag, we agreed. Till this day we haven't received our item, the guy in question phoned today to sell us more lies. He says the item will be delivered tomorrow.

We are dissatisfied with his customer service. All we want is our cash back, so that we can purchase the item somewhere else. We desperately need the item.

So, can you please help us to get our money back. 21 business days is way too long for us. Thank you in advance.
