Wifi Transfer Request - 2 weeks now no update!!!! - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Tkt number 002849674..called several times to make sure wifi will be transferred before end of the month. Completed all necessary documents and even paid all balance. But no update nor reply to email. What a shame! Is this really a reliable service???
