I place 2 orders on the vodacom app and paid via eft on the 13 November 2020
order number 2000139595 - DOFIT Watch
(DID NOT RECEIVE THIS)
order number 2000135674 - sound bar and volkano blue tooth speaker
(2 days later i received the sound bar ONLY). According to the delivery company this was the only item they were told to deliver.
DELIVERY NOTE (only sound bar received)
I called customer care on the 26 November 2019 who the system showed that the order was complete (but i did not received all of it) she then said they would log a request and it would take 3 - 5 days. NO RESPONSE
I then called again today spoke to Ntlantla who put me through to aftersales where i spoke to Nshenzo who put me through to customer care who again said that i should speak to customer service
I then called 08217544 spoke to londi, who put me through to aftersales again was on the for 2 mins and the line cut out.
I then called aftersales directly and they did not answer.
This is really unacceptable service. I am really disappointed. I need clarity on what happens now. Please can someone sort this out and get back to me as soon as possible
