Rerouted several times - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

As Ive checked the status of the delivery, it's been going on a cycle. It was rerouted multiple times. Once is okay but several times is already offensive. I'm already pissed off because I was expecting it to be delivered on or before May 18, 2021. I have an important use of that product. That should be my birthday present for my cousin. And since you failed to do your job, I was forced to order an item at Dermaroller Philippines and availed their "Pay now, deliver today" promo. Hence, I want to file a request to report those responsible personnels who handled the service. I wont let it pass. I want this report to be expedited. I am really upset. Iam!!!!!!! I have contacted Shoppee several times aready wondering what happened to my parcel. And its all because of your incompetent handling and monitoring. How come it was rerouted multiple times????? You have my complete address!!!! Whats the reason!!!!! Do something about this!!!!!! Oherwise, I will personally file a complain to your head office. I am realky serious. Im pissed off. Reallyy!!!!!!!!!! Do something about this. Report all of those responsible.
