false advertising! - Consumer Complaint for MTN - Constantia Kloof

Moved from Vodacom to MNT in December (unlimited package). Money has been deducted off my account.
It’s been 1 month I have not been able to make calls, send messages – not EVEN an sms.
I have mailed the desk – no reply. I have phoned the call centre 32 times. I mailed both CEO’s Rob and Godfrey. Nothing!
I want to cancel this is false advertising!
