Why dont you explain to the customer if the remittance has issues. Kung kayo kaya palipat lipat sa ibat ibang money remittance sender,anong mararamdaman nio. Mahirap bang iexplain sa receiver na may mali sa remittance. I hope m lhuillier company do something about this. That branch of yours really have issues.
