Service and customer service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

It is about 2 years that I have no service on my phone... if I sit outside (about 8 metres from my room) I have service. I reported it last year... still the same. Tonight I phoned. A lady answered. To get the information on the computer... even before she asked me my personal questions... I was put on hold and had to listen to the music for 6 minutes... she came back.... asked the questions and said she is giong to check... I had to listen to music again for 4 minutes before I decided to put down the phone. You have just lost a loyal client.
