OK Furniture - Head OfficeI bought a samsung refregerator in 2014 02/01 l was told that it has 10year warrant. Today is not working .when l call ok in Giyani.lm told is not they problem any more.lm being told that l must call sumsung myself.l bought this product from them.samsung company doesnt know me.what is so difficult for them to call samsung and ask them l what must l do about this problem .l pay ok R10350 for the refregerator it wasnt the issue.
