Purchased cellphone faulty - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I bought an Iphone 7 pre owned at centurion Mall and it was faulty ibreturned it on the 12th March 2021 to date i havent received any communication from them i am without a phone and they not saying anything

No updates i am disappoimtrd with the service they giving customers
If it was possible for me to get my money ,that was going to ne my only option and go straight to istore but because for the love of Vodacom o didnt expect this treatment

The documents i have says 5-7days,i have to ne the one calling them..
