Two of my parcel damage - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

LBC - Head OfficeI ordered succulents from baguio last march.which is lock down so I understand that it cannot be ship during the lockdown days. I Told the succulent seller to just ship it when Its okay the shipping period. So , last june she contacted me that's already okay to ship since they lifted the GCQ to MGCQ .My parcel shipped June 24 . I got the 1st parcel july 3 . I attach the picture/video. It was all rooten and molding. There' s no way to fix it. But I have still one parcel left and It was sckedule to be deliver on monday july 6 .. but morning that day the delivery guy called me that they wont deliver my package because it was already not in good condition. LBC tracking no. 181348374730 and 181347975205. The seller wont refund because they said the plants are in good condition before it was shippped.My parcel worth 3000.00
