We are in the town Van Wyksdorp in the Klein Karoo, Western Cape.
There is something wrong with our Vodacom tower and we have reported it consistently but no-one bothers to rectify it.
We are farmers and business people who cannot make calls or be contacted- and this reflects badly on us. No-one is interested in excuses. However with 847 UNRESOLVED complaints pending on this site I guess I shouldn't hold my breath!
What happened to SERVICE in South Africa??? It never used to be like this!
