wrong amounts that is debited from my account - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

good day,

On the 23rd of September 2020 a rep phoned me regarding 3 of my contracts that I have with vodacom. Two is normal cell phones and one is a data wifi line.

The lady that contacted me wanted me to keep the two accounts and offered me alot of deals at the end I agreed to keep the two lines (072 661 8509 & 066 299 9985)on the basis that the monthly amount deducted will be R 89 and R 89 then the wifi line will be R 39 per month of 1gb data. The only thing that was changed correctly is the wifi line the other to lines has other amounts that are deducted from my account. this was not the agreement and when I tried to fix it nobody comes back to me. I have sent numerous emails and you guys don't even have the decency to contact me or tell me you received my complaint. Terrible terrible service to say the least. I really hope someone will react to this complaint asap. Because today the wrong amount will be deducted again from my account.
