Hello,

I am very very frustrated to the Highest level of my Frustration. You asked me to pay for a certain amount for the initial payment of 1500. I received a confirmation from my payment and you were telling me that I am up for installation and asking me for some requirements online and when I attempted to submit the requirements your system won't even notify that it was successfully submitted and keep getting the same status and now the status of my reference number SS-05-955922 says "NOT SERVICEABLE"????

Why did you ask for payment if it is not serviceable?

Why did you send us messages that we are for installation and yet our place is not serviceable?

Is this something like a JOKE? Are we playing games here? Because we are not.

I need someone from your manager to contact me. This is unacceptable. I will wait until the end of this week. After that, I will contact all the government agencies that could address this and tell them that you are misleading your customers. I can complain all I want. I have my evidence that I paid the amount and I got a screenshot of your System saying that we are "NOT SERVICEABLE" . We got a screenshot of all the messages we received from Converge.
