Would like to file a complaint sa serbisyon ng mga tauhan didto sa lb tgu branch IT park cebu. Sobrang bagal kumilos it took us an hour to wait. Keep on talking walang paki sa mga naghihintay na customer.

Lbc i just want to ask why your staff in the branch didnt inform me or txtng that my parcel is already there.now it was return to semder? I am not a fortune teller to guest where is my parcel.pasong tamo gil puyat branch not updating.
