Too much delayed delivery urgent mail - Consumer Complaint for Philpost - Villasis Post Office

Hello, I sent a document mail from the Netherlands to the Philppines esp. To opol, misamis oriental. July 18, 2019 I send the mail. Upon tracing my document through track en trace it was stated that july 25 , arrived in the philippines en july 26, 2019 @ 9:11:13 AM is de mail enroute to delivery office. Dus, i assume dat it has to be delivered already the following Days. but sad to say Until now the urgent mail dat i sent is not yet arrived to it’s respective receiver. Did you realized that upon delaying the delivery of this urgent mail, YOU HAD CAUSED MORE PROBLEM TO THE EXISTING PROBLEM???BY DELAYING THE DELIVERY MORE PROBLEMS OCCUR AND THAT MAKES MORE COSTING. I HOPE YOU REALIZED THAT. By the way my track en trace barcode is RN962765887NL
