Hello, I sent a document mail from the Netherlands to the Philppines esp. To opol, misamis oriental. July 18, 2019 I send the mail. Upon tracing my document through track en trace it was stated that july 25 , arrived in the philippines en july 26, 2019 @ 9:11:13 AM is de mail enroute to delivery office. Dus, i assume dat it has to be delivered already the following Days. but sad to say Until now the urgent mail dat i sent is not yet arrived to it’s respective receiver. Did you realized that upon delaying the delivery of this urgent mail, YOU HAD CAUSED MORE PROBLEM TO THE EXISTING PROBLEM???BY DELAYING THE DELIVERY MORE PROBLEMS OCCUR AND THAT MAKES MORE COSTING. I HOPE YOU REALIZED THAT. By the way my track en trace barcode is RN962765887NL

My Mom sent us package and I know the things inside are for my baby needs and the breast pump. It was send May 30 and until now no updated information. The personnel are not listening to me. Pasapasa rako nila. Dili ko tagaan og insakto nga information. Ngano ing ana?? Ika upat naman unta ni nako nga parcel pero karon pako ing ani ka dugay. Taronga inyong service kay dili pajud approachable ang mga naa sa sulod.

May package kami tapos hiningian kami nang 12k para lang makuha namin ang package namin ..sobrang laki naman yata bakit ganun??di namin kayang bayaran ang ganyang kalaki !

Where I live here in New Zealand, Post office are only small, but efficient. It's just been digitalized not so long back. The post office workers consists of: sorter, front desk staff, post/delivery staff, and barcodes help with the fast and efficient service. I hope that the postal system in the Phil change for the better soon.
