The package Cp766265648vn came from Vietnam from april 16 2021 its been received in Mnla since may 20. Dont tell it would take a month to reach Mindanao or ozamiz? I paid for Air not by Sea in this package!!! Sort it out.

Let me know where exactly it is...not the word "on the process".

I have an incoming mail from USA. It reached Naga City but wasn't delivered to me. I talked to mailman (Dennis Sto Tomas) assigned in our area. He denied he got the mail from the central office for delivery. He said no records for ordinary mail in Philpost Naga so no chance to track it ( have a big chance to be stolen).But the THIEVES was/were able to swipe the credit card inside the mail at SM naga supermarket twice.THIEVES.

My sister send me a package on february 1,2021 from daet camarines norte to italy but i didnt recieve here in italy,they said after a month i expected a midle or 3rd week of march but the package does not arrive here!i decide to follew here if they had a package arrive for me and nothing i send a messagw to my sister to follow there to know where is the package beacuse i pay almost 8thousands pesos for that package!that package is personal things,my sister follow up that package there 1st week of april and they said 15x attempt to deliver here in my address and on the way to return because they not delivered imposible because i am always here in house and if they have a package arrive here i recieve a call or email because they send me a paper documents to pay the tax fee of tha package and the sticker that they said is not the kind of sticker of the package arrive here in italy

Nais ko lang po sana maibalik na lang ang parcel ng asawa ko para sa akin dito sa Qatar, last September 29, 2020 pa, hanggang ngayun wala pa din, ganun pala na walang chance makapasok dito sa Qatar ang Parcel ko dahil sa restriction ng Qatar dahil sa pandemic sana umaksiyon npo kayo, abut follow up ng asawa ko sa Diffun postal Corporation, sabe nasa Santiago City na daw. nakapag email na din po ako sa mismong phlpost , no reply din. Request ko lang pakibalik na lang po ang parcel ng asawa ko dahil wala ng chance pa makarating saken dito. Thank you & God Bless !

My government mailed a check to me on January 6th. It still hasn't arrived at my condo in West Burnham Place. I know it's just sitting there in the Baguio post office. Unfortunately, I am in Bambang and can't go there personally. This is the 3rd time in my 3 years here that I have waited months to receive letters. Very unacceptable!

I went to the Philpost-Taguig office previously and they told me that all SSS UMID IDs has been returned to its origin. I went to SSS-PASIG PIONEER branch today and its still with the Philpost-Taguig. I kept on calling the hotline numbers but no one is picking up the phone. What a waste of time and money.

On Oct 06, 2020 I caused the mailing of the foregoing letter to the above named addressee upon inquiry from one of the officers of your office dated Nov. 9, 2020.
I found out that a mistake was committed in sending the said letters, It appears that there was a mistakes in particulars as admitted by the said officer causing the delay of the receipt of the letters by the addressee.

To date there is no indication weather the said letters have already been delivered to the persons concern . This request is made for some legal purposes and we hope that you will give this matter your utmost preferential attention.

2 weeks past,since the letter request was submitted to the Post Master in Paranaque namely Roy Larga dated Nov 09, 2020 i had no updates at all despite of continously follow-up for the status of my trasmitted letter.

I was so disappointed by the poor service and unresponsive actions with regards on their mistakes that causes the delay of the foregoing legal proceedings.

A friend sent me a parcel using PostNet Thavhani Mall(Thohoyandou). She sent it Wednesday mornings with the exception of receiving it late friday or even latest Saturday but when I check using the tracking number my parcel was delivered in Cale Town wherese the slip clearly saying delivery in Nelspruit The Groove.
When i called to sort tjis out i was told a mistake wad made i will receive the parcel on Saturday.
I dont see why i was Charged R100 for a parcel that will take over 5days to get to me, aint it a policy that they post with 2-3 days?

Parcel arrived in The Philippines 27 June. Passed Customs, import authorised. Since then stuck at CMEC Pasay. Philpost refuses to communicate, even after u filed complaint with Presidential Complaint Center. Another package, lost since 25 May in Malaysia, mysteriously re- appeared after my complaint, but is now en route to destination office since 12 days.
Philpost refuses to communicate. I am going to take legal action, and will include a substantial claim for financial compensation for caused grief.

baguio post should send back to manila the parcels:

BUT baguio post also do not want to do their job of sending it to philippine post central office.

i am in MANILA NCR, the shipping address is also in quezon city, manila. i cannot travel 6 hours to baguio without any claim card as proof that they have the parcels.

but electronically (parcelmonitor.com)it shows that these are in baguio.

tried calling ALL as in ALL numbers philippine post said as contact numbers BUT no one wants to answer the ringing phone.

that is not public service!

BOC already declared that the package has been passed the inspection from them. However Philpost still not taking any actions on it.

Hello, I sent a document mail from the Netherlands to the Philppines esp. To opol, misamis oriental. July 18, 2019 I send the mail. Upon tracing my document through track en trace it was stated that july 25 , arrived in the philippines en july 26, 2019 @ 9:11:13 AM is de mail enroute to delivery office. Dus, i assume dat it has to be delivered already the following Days. but sad to say Until now the urgent mail dat i sent is not yet arrived to it’s respective receiver. Did you realized that upon delaying the delivery of this urgent mail, YOU HAD CAUSED MORE PROBLEM TO THE EXISTING PROBLEM???BY DELAYING THE DELIVERY MORE PROBLEMS OCCUR AND THAT MAKES MORE COSTING. My Mom sent us package and I know the things inside are for my baby needs and the breast pump. It was send May 30 and until now no updated information. The personnel are not listening to me. Pasapasa rako nila. Dili ko tagaan og insakto nga information. Ngano ing ana?? Ika upat naman unta ni nako nga parcel pero karon pako ing ani ka dugay. Taronga inyong service kay dili pajud approachable ang mga naa sa sulod.

Where I live here in New Zealand, Post office are only small, but efficient. It's just been digitalized not so long back. The post office workers consists of: sorter, front desk staff, post/delivery staff, and barcodes help with the fast and efficient service. I hope that the postal system in the Phil change for the better soon.
