Waiting more than 2 months for USA letter - Consumer Complaint for Philpost - Villasis Post Office

My government mailed a check to me on January 6th. It still hasn't arrived at my condo in West Burnham Place. I know it's just sitting there in the Baguio post office. Unfortunately, I am in Bambang and can't go there personally. This is the 3rd time in my 3 years here that I have waited months to receive letters. Very unacceptable!
