Bad service on SSS UMID ID Delivery - Consumer Complaint for Philpost - Villasis Post Office

I went to the Philpost-Taguig office previously and they told me that all SSS UMID IDs has been returned to its origin. I went to SSS-PASIG PIONEER branch today and its still with the Philpost-Taguig. I kept on calling the hotline numbers but no one is picking up the phone. What a waste of time and money.
