Staff Attitude - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Staff attitude:
The staff speaks to you from behind the glass as well as their masks, they can barely be heard. Wgen I asjed the cashier if she heard me saying good morning, rhank you and good bye she said they are not allowed to talk to clients. We all know about Covid but what happened to common courtesy?
