Already paid for the application of fiberx but still no update - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Already paid for the application of fiberx named to my wife.but still no update or any notice. Upon checking my application online, the system says that still waiting for payment. How long will it takes to install my application?! They must notify the applicant whether sms, email etc. 12days of waiting without any info made with their part.
