I already filed the application way back March 25. Paid more than 4 thousand pesos just to continue the process of install They have mentioned that 1-2 the service will be install but the service is now on hold. Their customer service representative is making their customer feel stupid

Ako nga I file may application on March 11 made may payment on March 26 then i provided Brgy Clearance to expedite ng installation tapos ung customer service lalo na email mga walang kwenta di manlang chncheck status ng application ko bsta nalang sasagot ng scripted template. Napaka inconpetent. I need this internet as I am working from home! Yung ibang friends ko 1week and 2days after payment installed agad. Super unfair!
