Complety Dissatisfied for Incompetent Service - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

We are just asking for having our services cut off or disconected and asked help from their customer support team over the phone but they are not willing to help out. we paid our bills though we do not have the service anymore. We have moved house wherein there is an existing service already but they would not listen to my request.
