Good Day All

Please could you assist me, I've logged my service request for incorrect billing on the 12 Oct and contacted the 082 1904, and still no response.
Each time i contact the contact agent inform me that my case is assigned to Warren Heneke and to date still no response, and never received such pathetic service from a service provider,

So if this is not resolved at end of day 17/11/2020, i will cancel my debit order as well as return your router to a Vodacom shop and take my services to Mweb.
