Poor service - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

This is about your office in Saipan Garapan and chalan laolao branch..
Your staff c Romy Quizon and the other staff who pick up balikbayan box,I forgot his name...I called yest.June 30th2021 many times In chalan laolao branch.,but no body answered the phone.so I called Romy in Garapan branch.
He said he will call the other branch.So I called again today in chalan laolao since 9 am to 10 am,nobody answered the phone 234 9013.thinking may be will open at 10 am. I calledRomy againAt past 10 a.m.to follow up if he notified the other branch,Romy said he didn't, but will call...the other branch..I dnt know if he really called.,so trying to call again but now the lin e is busy.They know my number.
I dont know what are their reasons why these2 staff is hanging me up..I'm working and consumed my time on these.Please understand...then.Before ......years I'm sending not only money but boxes to Phils....Is it because I no longer se nding thru Lbc now? My reason for this because your two staffs are very rude...in dealing with customers.
If you will not take action on these issue..I will bring it to the higher one.
