After Installation of the modem Until now almost 1month there os no still connection.
After onstalling the modem we are waiting for the connection but jntil now there is not.. we need to follow up always and the agent still tell wait. before they tell wait only 5days But now coming 1month .

Hi. Same here. 2 months already since installtion. No connection. Can it just be cancelled? Is there a system that the account can just be cancelled?
