No connection more than a week and it cost my Job - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Unreachable service numbers! I dont have connection for more than a week and i believe the problem is within the inside the house connection! I was trying to contact all the numbers to get a field technician to fix my connection, i’am working from home and i was suspended from my company due to my inability to to do my job!I had a several tickets created but not even once they replied to my emails or responded to one of the tickets! I’m fed up and frustrated. This is the worst internet provider when it comes in servicing their customer. I will seek legal actions because of what happened. If this concern and issue will not be resolved and if I’m not be Compensated, I will sue Converge for this.
