Unnecessary charges for delivery - Consumer Complaint for FedEx Nigeria

FedEx NigeriaThere is a package sent to me from UK on the 30/3/2021. In I'm inform to call the customer officer the next morning because the flight will take 6 to 7 hours to arrive Lagos airport, I call the customer officer the next day and said that my package arrived by 4am and should pay 28,200 for the delivery and 48,000 for custom clearance which he sent me a certain account number that is the delivery manager account, in which I paid 76,200 naira in total through POS,thinking about that I'm ready for the package. The customer officer now tell me that the delivery supposed to be by flight but charges to vehicle and my delivery vehicle is on his way, but he later inform me that I need to pay additional 68,000 naira for insurance cover before my delivery will be made or I most have to come to the airport to pick my package. I now ask him what about the 28,200 that he made me paid for the delivery then? He said if I can't come to the airport then I should just forget about my package. I want you to help me out because I'm from jos and I don't have transportation to Lagos.
