We applied for internet connection last month and was approved. After the payment was posted we were advised that we are just waiting for the installation date. We received a call today that installation was not possible due to the lockdown. When we applied the lockdown was already implemented but they went ahead and processed the application.if we were advised of this possibility we will not continue with the application. Now we are requesting for the refund so that we can apply with a different company. We were told that they can only process the refund after quarantine because LBC is closed. We really need the money back not only for internet connection but for daily expense as well. We paid ₱4000

That seems, from what you have written, one of the worst attempted frauds I have read about.

I suggest get any good lawyer to demand your money back with costs and damages.

Bummer. I just paid my installation fee today and they just said on their email that there may be delays in activation but nothing about the installation being done after the lockdown. I mean I needed it because of the lockdown!

Hi Ericka, how is your refund? I issued a refund also and my status on the converge website is canceled but I am not receive any refund. No email, no contact, nothing. Seems another scam company.

Go to their business center and submit your letter of intent and ID to their business account transaction, not in the new accounts or follow-up. Then they will tag your account as cancelled and for refund. Don't rely on phone calls and emails. Make sure that you make a receiving copy of your letter. After 2 weeks (longest), they will send you LBC tracking number for the refund, you can get the refund from any branch of LBC.

Cancellation request for refund was filed by me last nov21..u said it will be processed with 3 wks maximum..until now, i have not yet receive any tracking number from lbc

Nov 21 pa pa po may refund cancelation request na ako from urdaneta city branch..until now wala pa ako natanggap na tracking mula LBC..PLS NEED KO RIN NG PERA..4K ANG NAIBAYAD KO

Papalalitan ko sana yung refund details na sinend ninyo sa lbc kc hindi ko xa maclaim dahil out of the country ako ung asawa ko nlang sana ang magcclaim kaso hindi daw pinapayagan ng lbc branches anywhere ung authorization letter ko kahit may signature attached with 2valid ids p aq d parin nila inaallowed iclaim ung refund na wife q nalang ang magclaim paano po papalitan yon please reply po or txt my wife here 09959741084 thank you

Any way to follow up my refund to CONVERGE ICT? I applied for internet connectivity since August 2020 yet after waiting for so long they sent me an email this March that my application is canceled. How could they cancel my application then won't give back my down-payment. Please help out.
