I ordered some chocolates to an area in Philippines which the customer service replied via email that due to covid, they are not a le to send to the site. I requested for a refund on 21 Dec 20.They replied that they will process the refund and cancellation. Till date, I have not received my refund to the credit card. I have sent a few emails to enquire about this with no response.
