Failed online purchase - Money gone - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Good Day
I have tried to make an online purchase on 04/10/2020 at 5.15pm. Upon entering my card details and the amount, I was kicked out of the system. When signing in again, the full purchase price was still due, but my money had been deducted from my account. After numerous emails, with no response, I called the call centre and was directed to Bonile. He gave me a reference number, but after I explained that I need the item for my home business and was losing out everyday, he promptly put the phone down in my ear. I would like this matter resolved by refunding my money (R1130.00) as I have lost my trust in Clicks
