No feedback double debit/taking money out of a account with no permission - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good Day..

We are 3 days in to this account issue and complaint still i have not feedback

So i received a massage as per below
Vodacom Notification: Our records show that your debit order has returned unpaid. Please make a payment at any Standard Bank, FNB or ABSA bank. For enquiries please call 0821946

How could you not receive the payments if you guys took R1327.98 out my account as well as out of my wifes account with no permission that add up to R2655.96

Your response will be highly appriciated as i will be getting the onbutsman involved and i would br lodging a complaint by ICASA by tomorrow afternoon if this matter is not resolved as with all this payments and payment s that you guys took with no permission from a account..

Then the 2g as well on my phone is gonna be wanted from we where i have been trying to stop this over and over

As well as please remove the 2g thing from my account as i see it is still on the account.

I am putting this on record that my wife did not give permission to debit her account as well i place this on record that i have requested over and over to remove the 2g from my account ill not be held responsible for this 2g anymore as it seems i get forced to keep this on my account pr it just a scam or trick as magically this thi g was on my accounts and as they say i added it to my account i cannotbeleive as i dont know how.
