Please look into the calls I had with these reps, I was told by them that my request for site transfer is confirmed since my new address is serviceable and request has been forwarded to reliance team and awaiting job order creation. But last week I received an email stating that new address is NOT yet serviceable and only options now is to either request for temporary disconnection which you will charge P300 or change of ownership to be charge additional P1000.
